The touchscreen of my CM1415fnw does react anymore. I cannot make any copies, scans etc from the touchscreen. Any solution available?

Welcome @Roger1965,
Thanks for engaging in the HP Forums! I see by your post that the touch screen isn't working. I will certainly do my best to help you.
How is the printer connected?
I have seen in the past that the IPv6 setting on the printer may cause issues with the display. Turn off the IPv6 setting, to see if that will help.
If the printer is networked and if you don't know the printer's IPv4 address, you can find it by doing the following steps:
From Devices and Printers, right click the printer and left click Printer Properties, select the Ports tab.
Click on Configure Port and check the IPv4 address
Type the printer's IPv4 address into the web browser.
Once you access the Embedded Web Server for the printer, click the Networking tab.
Click on Advanced in the left side menu.
Uncheck the box for IPv6.
Apply the settings.
I will send you another step to try in a private message in case the issue persists.
In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.
Feel free to click on the "Accept as Solution" button and the "Thumbs Up" for my assistance. Please let me know the results and if there is anything else I can help you with. Thanks!
I work on behalf of HP
Click the Thumbs Up below to say “Thanks” for helping!
