Hi,

It is not officially supported for your printer model, but you may try installing it using the Windows XP software by using an MSIEXEC command to run the software installation.

Follow the 'Customize the installation' section below to install the software through the command line on a Server OS:

Extract and use below drivers for the installation:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ3830/OJ3830_Full_WebPack_35.0.61.exe

If it fails, also try below software version:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61240/mp-147826-1/OJ3830_Full_WebPack_1119.exe

I believe it should work if you have a 32-bit server installation, for 64-bit I'm skeptical it will work, as Windows XP is only supported on 32-bit and the server structure should likely be similar to XP.
