I need to update the warranty start date and I want to know if my product can extend the warranty to 3 years instead of 1 year if there is an option for that and I have the Tax invoice and sales order tell me what you want me to send you to update the warranty

If you did not register your product with HP when you bought it then the warranty you are seeing is based on date of manufacture, not date of purchase. You can update the warranty status by contacting HP and providing a proof of purchase. You may need a screenshot of the receipt.
Depending on the laws at your location, the warranty may start on the day it was delivered.

Instructions on how to correct the warranty are here

I see that you are trying to purchase compatible carepack for your device.

I suggest you visit this link: click here. You will need to enter your model and serial number.
You should find the best care pack available that suits your need. Make sure the warranty date is corrected first.

I asked a moderator to help you wait the tax information
