what means an 42.33.01 error, How Ican fix this?

the event register say:

21/03/2019 9:32:03 5760 42.33.01 2407071_037949 System time: not connected with server time

The user can´t use the machine and need make a hardware reset

I can see the error code after reset conecting by web interface

Almost never saw a 42.xx.yy error code before.
