Product: LaserJet Pro 400
Operating System: iOS

I bought a C/M/Y tri colour 304A Cartridge Pack and opened the Magenta one only to find out that it didn't fit as I should have ordered 305A ones.

 

Is there anything HP can do to help me swap the 304A's for 305A's?

Hi,

 

As per the process the ones that are not not opened can be exchanged you can send them back or call HP support for the exchange. but if the pack is opened then you cant exchange it.
