I have a newly acquired Dell 3040 64 bit running WIN 10 and I'm trying to print to a HP laserjet CP4025 with a USB cable and nothing prints. The job shows up in the queue but doesn't print. I've plugged a 64bit laptop running Win10 and it prints just fine. When I ran the Print and Scan Doctor (several times) I got the message "Wrong Printer Port Configured" and says it can't fix the problem. The port that's checked on the ports tab is DOT4_001. I can't uncheck the port. There is a USB002 port but it's occupied by a Brother printer but I can't select it or any other of the ports. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and downloaded and reinstalled the software and drivers. I've also shut the computer down and restarted it several times.
