Coming from an arts background, I’ve always been deeply drawn to technology, how things work, the concepts behind them, and the endless possibilities they create. My curiosity naturally made me tech-savvy, and I continuously explore new technical projects to test my limits. I’ve completed many in-house builds and repairs, including laptops, PCs, and electronic gadgets. One of my proudest achievements was creating my first electric vehicle by removing the engine and converting it myself three years ago. I still enjoy riding it. My next project is converting my bike into a hybrid.

I’ve worked as a field engineer for over 10 years, servicing PCs and printers, and I genuinely enjoy helping people with technical queries. Since 2009, I’ve been part of HP’s support journey, working with HP Commercial Printers and HP DesignJet printers, always happy to assist customers in any way I can.

 

I joined the HP Community in December 2021, and it has been a pleasure to contribute. Helping users, solving problems, and learning from others in the community continues to be a rewarding experience.
