Born in Sao Paulo Capital, 36 years old, Father, Amateur Athlete in his spare time and passionate about Technical Support for Customers. ​

I worked in the Administrative and then Banking areas since I was 12 years old and only entered the IT area at the age of 20 at a Bank. ​

My first contact with HP products was in 2004 when I had the opportunity to work at the large company Sitel within the HP Client where I worked in the support area for business printers. In 2007 I had the opportunity to join the first support team for HP DesignJet as an employee and I currently work with support for HPE Servers. ​

I have a degree in Computer Science and am completing an MBA in IT Management. ​

My first contact with the HP forum was through a friend, who is also an Expert and who encouraged me to participate because he believed I could help due to the experience acquired over the years with HP products. ​

In 2016 I had the opportunity to become an Expert and meet personally those responsible for making this forum so great and an example for other communities. ​

If I could give a tip to those who haven't participated in this forum yet, I would say: - Come and be part of this big family too!
