We've managed to get this installed and working on a laptop however it does not seem to have a proper silent install. We've looked over documentation and the advised command line switch (/Q) will still prompt and ask which language we'd like to choose, after which it installs silently.

Do you know a way to do a true silent install? It seems unlikely that polycom don't support silent installs for their products, but they don't seem to mention it anywhere else.

The application is People + Content 1.2.3

Apparently, there is not silent install for PP&CIP so this threadf can be closed.  Pete

Does P&C IP V1.2.3 come with any support? Even if the user has a community of Polycom devices under maintenance.
