Firstly. This is not an AV issue. Its HP Web Portal issue. Anyway. I'm currently adding our company Poly devices to the HP account, some add no problem others I get all sorts of errors, most common is wrong serial.......but the serial and product number are correct. It only happens when I'm logged into the HP account. If I go to warranty check, signed out, and enter the details, I get the full page with all the details of the device. If I then sign in, click "add" device, enter the serial and product details copied from the HP site page with all the product detail on the warranty check, it tells me invalid serial number. Which is not possible as the warranty check page can find the device no problem. What's going on HP?
