Hi All, When dialling from a group series 500 to "valby.agora.vmr@video.lundbeck.com" i get a message that the number is unassigned. the sip url that is posted is not in my network. when i use sip within my network it works. can anyone test the url? does anyone have any suggetions. if more info is needed let me know i can post it(just didnt know what would be relevant. Thank You, Tal

In a typical call scenario, something (typically DNS or your SIP registrar to which your Group 500 is registered) must be able to resolve "alby.agora.vmr@video.lundbeck.com".

 

In other words, in a nutshell, that "something" needs to be able to resolve the URI to an IP address.

 

A system I have located on the public Internet is unable to connect to that URI.
