I would like to clarify the supported configuration for the HP Poly V Series when deployed with a Poly Studio Base Kit G9.

Can the system support two Poly TC10 touch panels simultaneously, with one TC10 configured as the Zoom Rooms controller and the second TC10 configured as the room scheduler, while both are connected to the same Studio Base Kit G9 setup?

Additionally, are there any specific software, licensing, or deployment requirements needed to support this dual-TC10 configuration?

Thank you for your guidance.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

Poly TCOS 6.4.1 supports partner applications depending on mode:

  • Paired mode: partner app runs based on the provider selected on the paired Poly Video system.
  • Standalone mode (Poly TC10 only): supports Microsoft Teams Panel and Zoom Rooms Scheduler.
  • For paired mode, when pairing to a Poly video conferencing system, the system must be updated to:
    • Poly VideoOS 4.4.1 for Poly TCOS 6.4.1
    • Poly VideoOS 4.4.0 for Poly TCOS 6.4.0
  • Updating a standalone Poly TC10 used as a Zoom Rooms Scheduler can be done through Zoom Device Manager (ZDM).
  • Updating a paired Poly TC8 or TC10 is done through the Poly VideoOS system web interface.

Have a great day!
