Hello,
In both of my customers conference rooms the table display constantly loses connection to X70 or X50 Studio. This is most common if the room is left in BYOD mode for an extended period of time. If you exit back to Zoom Rooms it doesn't always reconnect. This causes the scheduling display to show the room as busy even though no one is in the room. I can fix this by going back to BYOD and then back to Zoom Rooms and it'll successfully connect on it's own. This is not ideal and causes confusion for the basic users of the rooms. Can someone please let me know if there is a way to fix it?
All firmware on panel and studio have been updated.
