Does anyone know if it is possible to disable the power button on the front of the RPG units? We are having problems with people turning them off, and thus they then aren't available for scheduled meetings.

No, there is not a way to disable the power button.  

 

Why are people powering down the system?  You may need to educate them that it is not snoopting on them.  There is even an privacy eye patch available for the EagleEye cameras.  Last resort is to put the codec out of their reach.

I wish it were that easy. We have tried over and over to tell them that, but they see the light and freak out. It's been very difficult as we have over 150 endpoints across the globe.
