Is there a solution for this so I can get the machine back up and running?

hi Dean,

 

This may have a faulty hardware. Please try factory resetting the device to see if this fix the issue. If not need to RMA the device. HDX is End of Sale hence not sure if you can raise RMA with HP support.  Check with your poly Partner if they can help.
