I would like to know, am installing Eagle Eye director along with Group 500 for video & Sound structure with Ceiling mics for audio in same room, will this install have any issues as i had read somewhere that there are few issues when installing ceiling mics and eagle eye director in same room?

This should answer your quesitons.  It is an uncontrolled document, which means it does not have a part number and it documents what someone has done but the solutions documented are not tested by Polycom SQA and therefore not supported.
