Hi Polycom people!

 

I have approximately 900 HDX Endpoints which I need to perform software updates on.  They are all new units and are getting software on before I provision them.  Is there a way to edit the defaults in the .pup file so that I can have the check boxes I want filled in, and put some information prefilled into text fields?

 

I have been googling away and it looks like Microsoft Commerce Server may be able dto handle it, but I havent used that.  Not thazt it is a problem, but I would like to check before I start anything!

 

Any one able to help?

PUP files are not modifiable. 

 

Polycom has products which are designed to manage large networks like the one you are deploying.  Please talk to your Polycom Sales team for assistance on selecting the right products to allow you to monitor and manage your videoconferencing network.
