Hi

My name  is Gaurav.

I was trying to connect microphone to Polycom HDX 7000 codec. I was connnecting speaker end into codec audio output and mic end into codec audio line input.

I was getting audio from codec nicely into my headphones left and right speakers but not able to get the voice from my microphone into the codec.

Then i realized  that my microphone is giving mic level signals but codec takes a s line level input.

So my question what could be the suitable solution to connect my headphones mic output into  the codec so that i will be able to use my microphones in place  of Polycom Micpod.

Thanks

Gaurav

Or use a headset that has the ability to specify either mic or line output, like the RevoLabs wireless microphones.  I use the 01-HDEXEMIC-11.
