Hello Community - Is there a difference between a Pin Hole Reset on an X50/TC8 G7500 with a straightened paper clip vs a factory reset/restore using the Poly x50/G7500 Web Gui ?

Do both methods obtain same results in the end?

Hello DanielPetrillo, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I would recommend you do the reset devices using the Pin Hole Reset as it clears all the all the configuration which is on the device and converts into a brand-new device purchased from the production house whereas resetting on the Web Gui may not be as accurate as the Pin Hole Reset.

Thank you for the info, the pin-hole reset after a downgrade to 4.01 was the best way to ensure Teams APP 1449/1.0.96.2023062301 was re-installed on the device
