HP Recommended

I've recently seen that this company (https://www.visibility.one/post/poly-firmware-updates) are able to firmware update the above endpoints. I've been through the Poly documentation to try to figure this out and can find nothing published. I'd like to be able to do this myself for a company project, but am coming back with nothing. Can somebody point me in the right direction, given that it's clearly available to do? Maybe an "undocumented feature"?
