Hi,

I'm new to all this so please be a little patient. We have 3 Poly Studio X50 devices that were setup by an installer in device mode. I'm planning to change this to Poly Mode and set up one touch dialing with Zoom and Teams. But, I'm not sure how to get an account on the OTD cloud service. I think I saw mention of a License Activation Key, but I don't know how to find that, since the installer activated everything.

 

So, I'm just wondering how I get access to the OTD cloud service so I can configure my Poly Studio devices with it,

 

Any help or pointers are appreciated.
