I have a group 300 (fully updated connecting to a VBP4555 fully updated) trying to connect to a HDX 8000 (fully updated and connecting to a fully updated VBP4350). I can connect to both units with no problem. Both units can connect to other units without issue...However, when either side initiates a call to each other, the call shows on either side as coming in (*connecting*) but never connects and continues to ring and ring. Taking it out of auto answer, it show and prompts you to answer, upon clicking answer, it still continues to ring and ring...never connecting!! Please help! thanks

They are NOT on the same network segment are they?  if so the VBP should not be use for that type of call, they should just call each other directly.

Also I would check the AES settings on them  Maybe one is set to No and the other is required.

What happens when you call into test numbers like:

Test your video at: 71.14.2.158 or 71.14.2.157

No, they are on completely different networks. One is on a T-1 and the other is working from home on Business Class TWC. I fear that it may be something in the Cable modem. If it is, I have no way to control or correct this issue. The odd thing is that this user calls any other site (all of which are set the same way as the site with the connectivity issue) and there is no problem...also vice versa with the far site. it only happens between the two specific locations. I am at a loss for what could be happening, I have reset and reinstalled from factory on both ends. Any ideas???
