Group 500 Non-Polycom Mics

Trying to set up our first Group 500 with non-Polycom mics. Multiple table mics routed through an external Mixer (Bi-amp) Have followed the directions in the administrators guide but can only get audio input 2 to act as a content audio input. What should i do next?

I'm on RPG 4.02...  Have you tried (and it doesn't really make sense to me), unchecking the "Use Input for Microphone" while you have something plugged into the 3.5mm audio input jack ?

Try setting the output on your mixed to microphone level instead of line level to see if that works.

THe input on the Group Series is Line Level, so only that should work.
