HI,

 

Just wondering whether anyone else had experienced a bug with the GS 300 when trying to activate AES encryption? Basically if we go to activate this the option is not there. However after going through pro-visioning with RPRM, disabling and going to make the change it suddenly appears. There is method to the madness here. On our GS500/700 we do not have the same issue.

 

We did try downgrading to 4.1.4 and this did not help our cause.

Polycom SQA attempted to replicate this issue and were not successful in doing it.  I might suggest taking the system to factory restore to see it that will fix the error you are seeeing.
