Hi Team,

We have had an issue where when starting meetings we could only see content or video.

Someone pointed out that when doing an Ad-Hoc meeting, only Video or Content can be shared, but not both.

It was suggested to "schedule" meetings.

I am not quite sure what exactly that means to NOT make it an Ad-Hoc call?

 

Does this mean scheduling the meeting through Outlook and invite the group series account and other users and this will stop the call from being Ad-Hoc? If so how do I then start the meeting?
