HP Recommended

Newbie here.

 

I can't find anthing online regarding what I am seeing.

 

There is one HDX 4000 HD on our network and when it is pinged, the name displays as:

 

polycom.domainname.domainname

 

We are getting the domain name appended a second time. Is it because we have specified the domain name in the settings and it is also picking it up from DNS?

 

Any help/suggestions are welcomed.
