I have a HDX 6000 HD connected by HDMI cable to a Yamaha RXV675 AV Receiver and output to speakers and HDMI cable to projector

 

Video conferencing working perfectly but no sound

 

Connected phono cable from Polycom to AV and sound working perfectly when re-tuned to audio input, but hence no video

 

Have changed HDMI cables and tried differnt HDMI inputs but still no sound

 

Any suggestions please ...

Have you tested by connecting the HDX 6000 HDMI output directly to a display and see if that works?
