HDX 6000 don't give display during the multiple conference

During the multipoint conference I invite the HDX 6000 through RMX 2000 and it connects to HDX 6000 the sound is working but there is no video, I can just see my self.

If I do point to point its working, it means that i can see the and also the other party can see me.

Through my RMX 2000 I can invite the HDX 7000, VSX 7000 and VSX 3000 and I don't have anyproblem with them.

what could be the problem?

This sounds like a firewall / NAT issue.

If there is firewall/NAT between HDX and RMX then the the first thing you have to check is the FW/NAT settings.

Both FW / NAT is off, again no video.

IMHO it will be more usefull not to multiply the items on the same issue but to provide the community with more details about it.

Problem has been solved and the issue was conference profile rate, and the conference profile rate should be morethan 720 KB.
