HP Recommended

We have one polycom HDX 7000 with Eagle Eye I /HD. When we upgrade firmware 2.5.0.8, the camera has noise

We changed cable / camera, it's the same

 

Please help me

The current software is version 3.1.3, what happens when you use that camera with that software.

 

Also what type of lighting enviroment is it in?  The better the light, the less noise there will be on the image.
