Hi there,

 

i am actually having an issue with an HDX 7000 and Two real presence desktop users.

 

HDX 7000 licensed for multiparty and Both real desktop application are licensed.  when trying to connect to the HDX 7000 for a test call, the devices rejects 1 RPD users ( always the second PC that connects to the HDX) after 30 seconds

 

any idea of what can be causing this issue?

I have the following problem with a HDX multisite and Realpresence desktop. The connection is established, but no video is coming up at the Realdesktop site.
