HDX 7000 vga balun over cat 5 suggestions

Hello Forum....

Just in the middle of an install, having an issue with displaying presentation, we are currently using:   http://www.intelix.com/intlx_prod_details.php?pitem=AVO-VGA   

Connection wise as follows: vga output from laptop to send input on balun.... over cat 5e (less than 30 ft)  to input on receiver on balun....with a vga to dvi adapter.. Having display issues...

Any advice? On a solution either setup or hardware changes...

Not really enough information here to suggest much, such as the error message you are seeing if you see one.

Couple of suggestions, connect the laptop directly to the input and eliminate the baluns to see what happens there.

Refer to the User's Guide for HDX Room Systems to verify the resolution used is supported.

In addition to SZs post. ensure Camera 3 is set for Content not People.
