Hi Community,

 

We have HDX 7k (3.1.2-35267) with EagleEye director in our environment.

Everything work well but we have problem with video quality. It looks little bit like interlaced video (with cutted edge) - see follow link with photo:

I can solve it temporary, when i  restore Camera 1 white balance to default through GUI, or unplugged EED from power and then power it on back.

 

Dont you have experience with this situation ?

What is the best practices for setting EED properly ?

Please open an escalation on this.  This is not a known behavior, I have never seen this before.
