HI 

 

Greetings to all 

 

I am new to Poly com Community

 

I am glad to meet you and i am having a HDX 8000 and my Remote control is not working

 

I have tried setting the ID. 

 

FYI : MY CODEC LED IS NOT BLINKING WHEN I AM PRESSING MY REMOTE CONTROL.

 

Any other suguestion?
