Hi all

 

I having a problem for HDX 8000

 

When the HDX 8000 is plug in, the HDX logo start running, but there is no running streaming below. Then after 10 to 15 mins, it still like that. I did a factory reset, but the same situation appear again

 

Kindly assist I appreciate for your help

Try disconnecting the LAN cable and rebooting.  If that does not work, then disconnect any other cables except for monitor, camera and power and try.
