Conference call is fine for 30 minutes, then dies.

 

All port parameters have been confirmed on the firewall and routers. Timers have been set far past required values.

 

Sniffer trace sees 'graceful' closelogicalchannel and endsessioncommand coming from the polycom after 30 minutes, then were disconnect.

 

Nothing happens or seems to happeneing to suggest time outs or delays that would cause a disconnect before the 30 minute work.

 

So once we past the network/router/firewall troubleshooting checkpoints, whats next?

Try it off net with M100 on a Laptop & see if the call exceeds 30 mins. Oh! and run it on latest s/w (V3.0.5).
