HDX to Cisco TC software - RTCP FIR request not encoded as Cisco wants it

Hi

In SIP Interop calls, the HDX Release - 3.1.2-35267 with Cisco TC software family or Cisco Jabber for video.

When HDX do not receive the first video packet and asks for a Full Intra Request via RTCP channel:

  Cisco does not parse the RTCP FIR request properly and throws away the request.  I believe this is due to SSRC field in the FIR request being set to 0x00000000 , so the FIR request does not "match" any ongoing flow.

Could Polycom have a look at this and see if there is possible for a fix in an upcoming software?

Please get the logs from the EPs as well as a Wireshark trace and open a service report so this can be fully investigated.
