On the webGUI navigate to "Utilities" / "Web Director".

Hi here

 

1. Allow display video on web Interface (IR remote only): System -> Admin Settings -> General Settings -> Security -> Security Settings -> (3-rd screen) -> Allow Video Display on Web

 

2. From Web: Utilities -> Web Director

 

Please take in mind that web director shows you a still picture refreshing every 5 (?, I don't remember exactly) seconds.
