I wish to hide the self view (PIP) on group series, the self view option is set to automatic but the little window in the bottom right hand corner never goes away.
On the old HDX you could hide this or move it around the screen but I can;t seem to find this option on the group series devices.

It is ALWAYS important to include the version of software that is being used as things change version to version and your configuration, like how many monitors.
2 things, while in a call:
1. From the main menu make sure that Self View is off. If you have auto control turned off.
2. From the main menu, go to layouts and make sure the layout is one that you want, that is how you change the position of the PIP.

Please refer to the RealPresence Group Series Admin Guide available on the support web site at www.polycom.com/videodocumentation.
For the PIP, it is called Self-View in the Group series. Make sure you are at the current software because changes have been made in it for your use case and then configure it as specified in the Admin Guide.
For the monitors configuration refer to "resolution" in the monitors section of the Admin Guide.
