Hi there...
you´re using the wrong vga.
Check the pdf here (page2) for more information.
To reset the system, you have three options:
- If not in security mode, navigate to "Diagnostics" / "Reset System", input your serial number, select delete system settings, unselect delete directory entry settings
- You can delete the systems configuration by performing a software update on the vsx (uncheck the corresponding box)
- or you can perform the erfl process, which is described here. Keep in mind that this solution is the "dangerous" one.Perform that step on own risk.

Can you submit an updated link. That link does not work. I have the same problem where I get a blue screen that says the same thing and pressing any buttons on the remote does nothing. I have a new VGA cable connected to the VGA out and to my monitor. Looking for any assistance. Also if there is a name or photo of the correct VGA cable would be appreciated.
Thank you.
