Studio X50
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The speaker sound on our Polyom x50 VC units are very low. I need to increase the speaker volume for larger rooms. How can we improve the sound settings for this unit.

Hello Sam1972a, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please try a few troubleshooting steps and let me know if this issue resolves?
1. Please login to X50 and click on Audio on the left column.
2. Once you click on it you will see a list of tabs, please click on general audio settings > change the sound effects volume to maximum (10).
3. Please scroll down to Audio Output and change the Primary Audio Volume to maximum (100).
4. If the X50 is connected to the television, please increase the television volume for better audio.
5. If there are any additional speakers other than the television and the system, please increase the volume of the speakers as well for better audio quality.

Regards,
Meghana
