Hello,

 

we need to create support request for Real Connect solution and we are not able to create support ticket since portal been migrated to HP, it is really frustrating that we can not get support.

 

We are stuck in some kind of loop that is pushing us to register to new portal but when we register it is asking again.

 

Any advices how we can proceed ?

 

We need to create some high priority incident and we are frustrated.
