The position of the icons is dependent on the location of the PIP, if the PIP is set up to display at the top of the screen, then the icons are at the bottom, and if the PIP is set up to show at the bottom then the icons will be at the top. Using the display button you can change the PIP position, just hit it multiple times and it will move around the corners of the display.

Hi,
Have you tried rebooting the codec?
In addition, try the following:
1. From the Web UI, go to 'Admin Settings'
2. On the left pane, select 'Monitors'
3. Uncheck the "Display Icons in a Call" option
4. Reboot the codec
5. Place a call (it should not display any icons while in a call)
6. Disconnect the call and recheck "Display Icons in a Call"
7. Try placing a call and see if the icons show up on the bottom section of the screen
Please note - you can only uncheck/recheck the "Display Icons in a Call" if the system is not in an active call.
Good Luck!
