Hello,

 

I'm currently facing an issue with the Poly G7500, which is running the latest Firmware version 4.1 when using device mode.

 

The problem arises when we initially plug in the HDMI cable. The laptop's display appears on the screen, but when we exit device mode and then re-enter it, only the USB connection is recognized, and the HDMI connection is not. To resolve this, we have to unplug and re-plug the HDMI cable.

 

If anyone has experienced this issue and found a solution, I would greatly appreciate your insights and assistance.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly G7500.
Could you please connect the G7500 to the PC and check for latest firmware update and update the firmware so that it helps in resolving the issue?
