Hi, I am trying to get the Polycom Telepresence M100 working with a Draytek router, I have opened all the ports as described in the manual and checked the in the m100 software to enable NAT and entered my Public IP address. However Im not recieving any Audio or Video when making calls. I have even added the computer to the DMZ in the Draytek router and disabled the windows firewall but still no luck, any assistance would be great.
I also tried a Draytek 2850n router and get the same problem

Look for "port forwarding / port redirecting" in your router. You have to redirect all ports (1720, UDP/TCP 3230-3277, etc) from NAT IP to IP PC with m100. (Incoming packets with destination IP = IP of your NAT and destination port 1720, or from range UDP/TCP 3230-3277, should be forwarded/redirected to IP of your PC with m100)

Hi, I have Port Forwarded all the ports (1720, UDP 3230-3237), but still not able to recieve incoming audio and video.
I have also just downloaded a trail of the PVX software and thats just worked fine straight away.
See attached image.
