Poly Large Room Kit - Screen lag/jitter

Hi everyone, 

We have a Poly large room kit with a G9 Mini IP PC. When sharing content through the MTR app we are experiencing significant lag on screen behind what is happening on the input device. The HDMI input to the MTR PC is via a Crestron HD-RX-4K-210-C-E  auto switcher. The MTR then outputs to a Sony FW-85BZ30L

So far we have checked all resolution settings match through the system, refresh rates also match. 

Has anyone come across this with the large room kit? If so, did you find a fix? 

Currently it is almost impossible to navigate around where sharing a laptop input into the system due to the mouse lag on screen.
