Product: Studio USB

Hi community, 

 

We have currently purchased Poly Studio (USB) for 3 seperate rooms, they are incredibly liked within the business and will be investing in more units shortly. 
We have noticed a couple of issues on a couple of units where when using the remote control and press thr MUTE button, it instantly mutes and unmutes in the same action. So, instantly unmutes. I have updated firmware on all devices but still having the issues, but interestingly not all 3.
