Hi @jvietri, Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with your Studio X50. Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the focus problem:
- Check for Firmware Updates: Make sure your Poly Studio X50 is running the latest firmware version. Updates often include fixes and improvements that could address issues like this.
- Adjust Camera Settings: If available, try tweaking the camera settings either through the Studio X50 interface or within your conferencing app. Sometimes manual adjustments can help the camera focus better when zoomed in.
- Test in Other Modes: If possible, switch the device to another mode (like Zoom Rooms or Teams mode) to see if the focus issue still occurs. This can help determine if the problem is specific to Device Mode.
If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
