***Poly Device Update and Workaround Strategy***

 

For anyone wondering, if you're on the latest Poly OS 4.1.2-388101 - downgrade to Poly OS 4.0.0-376092 using custom  https://swupdate.lens.poly.com/polyos/4.0.0/376092/ when updating TC8 Version(**RMA** Factory shipped OS)  3.12.0.210716

 

In order to update your TC8 from 3.12.0.210716 to version >4.0, specifically 4.0.0-210993. You then can just directly use the Polycom Support site to go to the latest version 4.1.2-388101.
