Hello Everyone,

 

I have encountered a new problem as of two days ago. Previously, whenever I would call into a Zoom meeting, upon connecting, there would be a very loud voice that would say something to the effect of "You are now in the meeting."

 

This week, I attempted to dial into a couple of different Zoom meetings, and there was no such announcement. The Poly unit would connect and be visible in the Zoom meeting, but its video feed would be a black square. Then, after a minute the Poly unit would disconnect from the Zoom call. This happened several times. The firmware was up-to-date.

I did a factory reset and tried again with the same results.

I updated the firmware, same results.

 

X50 firmware: 4.6.0-436380

TC8 firmware: 6.6.0-7001439

 

Is this a known issue? Does anyone have suggestions?
