Hi, is anyone aware of an auto answer issue with the Group Series units? we have +100 endpoints and >40 of those are group series.
We have a polycom resource mananger and DMA.
Provisioning profiles are active. GS unit is successfully provisioned and registered to GK.
One or two of the units are not able to answer incoming calls. via the remote and auto answer is not working. Other units on the same version work fine.
We can dial into VMR's from the endpoint and everything works fine.

any ideas? is this an out of box failure?
